CCF ILM Sixth Form Success!

This week we presented certificates to several of our students who have successfully passed their Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Level 3 Award in Management and Leadership. This is the first time we have run this course at The Royal, and it is an excellent addition to the co-curricular enrichment programme available to the Sixth Form. This was partially funded and organised through the Cadet Vocational College. This qualification equips our students with the skills and abilities to lead group tasks and is an excellent addition to both their UCAS Application (where it does attract UCAS points) and their CV for future potential employers. We have several more students who have recently passed, and I look forward to presenting their certificates in due course.  ILM Level 3 is available through the CCF for students in Years 12 and 13, and they are also members of the CCF.
