Children’s University

Children’s University is an accredited scheme whereby children from Year 3 upwards can log hours spent in extracurricular activities, either at home or at school, and receive an award celebrating the diversity of their interests.

The extended day at The Royal offers an ideal opportunity to access a range of free activities that will allow children to achieve these awards.

All students in KS2 are issued with a passport to log their hours, and are invited to take part in a graduation ceremony at the end of every year.

Through this we aim to raise the aspirations of our children as they enter secondary education, by encouraging and rewarding their interests and dedication.
