Angelfish Series
Angelfish 1
- Perform a poolside rescue using a reaching aid
- Perform a straddle entry and tread water for 30 seconds
- Push and glide into a forward somersault
- Scull head first for 1 width and then 1 width feet first
- Push and glide swim 2 widths front crawl with bilateral breathing
- Push and glide swim 2 widths back stroke alternating arms and shoulder roll
- Push and glide swim 1 width butterfly good technique
- Push and glide swim 2 width breaststroke pull/breath/kick/glide
- Swim 1 width lifesaving back stroke
Angelfish 2
- Perform a throwing rescue
- Perform a straddle entry, tread water for 30 seconds, whilst wearing a t-shirt, remove t-shirt and climb out
- Swim 5 metres, perform a forward somersault and continue to swim forward and then repeat
- Swim 25 metres front crawl
- Swim 25 metres back stroke
- Swim 25 metres breaststroke
- Swim 15 metres butterfly
- Start in a crouch position in the water, spring up before gliding to the bottom of the pool, tuck, and spring back up
- Push and glide in a streamlined position, swim underwater for 5 metres
Angelfish 3
- Perform a head first surface dive
- Perform a feet first surface dive
- Scull head first for 10 metres and then feet first for 10 metres
- Swim 25 metres front crawl using a correct touch finish
- Swim 25 metres back stroke using a correct touch finish
- Swim 25 metres breaststroke using a correct touch finish
- Swim 20 metres butterfly
- Perform a kneeling dive
